Project overview
Norvek project managed the Category A and B fit-out of a 45,000 sq ft regional headquarters building, working within an occupied business park where access, noise and deliveries had to be tightly controlled.
The role covered mechanical and electrical alterations, workplace fit-out delivery and the coordination of furniture, AV and IT interfaces with the occupier's own suppliers.
A phased handover strategy allowed the client to begin occupation in sequence, protecting the move-in date and keeping the cost plan intact.
