Project overview
Acting as contract administrator and delivery lead, Norvek oversaw the construction of a high-bay industrial logistics unit for a developer client, from groundworks through to practical completion.
The programme covered drainage and slab construction, steel frame erection, cladding and roofing, dock levellers, yard surfacing and incoming service infrastructure.
A structured inspection and quality management regime supported the envelope and slab packages, giving the client a fully documented handover ready for immediate tenant operations.
