Project overview
Norvek was appointed as project manager and Principal Contractor for a new-build commercial office development on behalf of a regional property investor, with responsibility for the full delivery cycle from pre-construction planning to handover.
The scope covered substructure and frame, façade and envelope, mechanical and electrical installation and Category A fit-out, with interface management between packages a central part of the role.
Programme, cost and change control were reported transparently to the client throughout, giving the investor a single point of accountability for delivery, safety and quality.
